Service intake people probably ought not to say things like f*xxxxx xxxxxx when it's early in the morning & they think no customers are in the building. I came for a simple oil change and tire rotation but I was charged almost three times another customer getting the same service. Because of the extra services that I was charged for and did not want, I am was charged almost three times another customer getting the same service. Because of the extra services that I was charged for and did not want, I am having extra trouble with my allergies and asthma while driving long distances. Customer service is not acceptable for me to return. More

Honda had accidentally messed up on my oil change, a bolt was not tightened and oil was leaking all over my driveway. My husband just quickly tightened it with his fingers to help prevent me from losing too was not tightened and oil was leaking all over my driveway. My husband just quickly tightened it with his fingers to help prevent me from losing too much oil. As a precaution I went back to Honda to ensure I didn’t lose too much oil and for the bolt to be tightened properly. The wait was approximately 2 hours.. The rep was not understanding of the situation and had zero compassion. She dismissed the issue but saying their was never an issue and it’s up to Honda standards….If all it takes is my husband tightening bolts with his fingers then Honda needs to step it up.. I found her communication rude and I left there upset. I don’t think she realizes I would of preferred not to go back into Honda to wait 2 hours and drink their nasty hot coco.. all I was looking for was for someone to say they were sorry I was going through the problem and to reassure me the problem was solved now. More
