It took 4 visits and lots of worrying/ anxiety just to get a leak in my tire fixed that I notified dealership about on a maintenance appointment. Service intake people probably ought not to say things like f*xxxxx xxxxxx when it's early in the morning & they think no customers are in the building. I came for a simple oil change and tire rotation but I was charged almost three times another customer getting the same service. Because of the extra services that I was charged for and did not want, I am was charged almost three times another customer getting the same service. Because of the extra services that I was charged for and did not want, I am having extra trouble with my allergies and asthma while driving long distances. Customer service is not acceptable for me to return. More
