The gentleman Marcus who I worked with sucked at customer service. Whenever we would text he wouldn’t text properly and professionally. When I was there in person to buy my car he talks to me for maybe a cou service. Whenever we would text he wouldn’t text properly and professionally. When I was there in person to buy my car he talks to me for maybe a couple minutes just trying to get me in and out super quick. Whenever I finished with the finance guy I wasn’t sure if I was good to go I had to wait for him to come back to me for me to ask if I was good to go. I also asked before we go can he show me the features on the radio and such. Have a quick 2 minute run over of the car asked if it was good then took a phone call. I feel like customer service with that gentleman could be improved. More
