Purchase was smooth and easy. Jose B. was easy to work with and friendly. Follow up is poor, have not received second key or books for vehicle as they were not available at time of purchase. I have sent 3 with and friendly. Follow up is poor, have not received second key or books for vehicle as they were not available at time of purchase. I have sent 3 emails and 2 phone calls with no reply. Today I left a message with the customer service manager. I have been on hold waiting for my sales associate for 52 minutes with no reply. More

Horrible customer service and poor communication. A had a situation with horrible service overall and major lack of communication. I was ignored, told wrong information, made to wait more than needed A had a situation with horrible service overall and major lack of communication. I was ignored, told wrong information, made to wait more than needed and no one would get me Simo’s (the GM) information to get in contact with them. After fighting to get the GM’s contact info they eventually gave it to me. Once we spoke he finally helped me out and put me with Gillette (salesperson). He was able to help me and to trade in my car for a SUV I was looking to get. From there I had another issue with trying to get my second FOB key. I have been rescheduled twice and when I went in during my third scheduled time they told me I was too late and the key maker left and was basically told I can’t do anything but come back. Ramces is horrible with customer service and had terrible customer experience skills. I would like Simo Bassi or William Nero to contact me immediately. More
