I've been taking my Toyota to this dealership for 8 years and this is the first time I've been extremely disappointed. I gave 3 stars because the service was good but the customer service was bad. When I cal and this is the first time I've been extremely disappointed. I gave 3 stars because the service was good but the customer service was bad. When I called the service department and stated I needed an appointment for my 90,000 mile service, I was told I couldn't make an appointment as it was on a first come first serve basis. I've always been able to make appointments for major maintenance servicing that involved more than an oil change. I called again the next day and was told the same thing; no appointment could be made and it would be on a first come first serve basis. When I took my vehicle in for the service, Mr. Chan told me it would have been better if I had made an appointment as this service would take awhile. After explaining my 2 previous calls to the service department and what I was told on both calls, he replied, "you talked to the call center" and they gave me the wrong information. Obviously, the call center needs to be retrained on the correct procedures for service appointments. More

Having lived in 13 different states with multiple vehicles over the last 3 decades, I’ve never had any better professional, attentive, genuine, and comprehensive service than I have had with Steven a vehicles over the last 3 decades, I’ve never had any better professional, attentive, genuine, and comprehensive service than I have had with Steven and Cobb Cty Toyota. Only USAA has been as great. Having recently moved to GA, they will be my preferred dealership for my 2022 heavily modded outdoor-use Tacoma. Thank you very much. More
