It was flat that morning, aired it up and heard air audibly escaping from the tire. When I got home from work it was flat again. I aired it up, heard air leaking again, and drove it to Wolfchase Honda. I was informed that they could not find the leak after checking TWICE and was told the tire was holding its pressure. No repair was performed. I explained to Skylar the above, that air was audibly escaping from the tire. No further explanation was given for why they couldn't repair it. When I asked when I have a flat Friday morning, what was going to happen, Skylar implied that they would come to my house and put a new tire on. I left the dealership close to closing time, and at 5:58. on my way home, my tire pressure warning light came on, with it too late for me to go back and get it fixed that night. I called the service department and left a voicemail to arrange getting a new tire installed at my home. Friday morning 2/14, my tire was flat again. I called and left a voicemail again to make arrangements. Turns out, the implication that the tire would be replaced at my home was inaccurate. My car would be driven from my home to the dealership, and they would bring a shuttle to ferry me to the dealership as well. This completely defeats the point of them coming my house at all if I was required to return to the dealership AGAIN for the issue they couldn't fix the night before. After being told this is how it would work, I told Skylar that I would inflate the tire again and bring it in myself. It is disappointing that I had to spend two evenings to fix this issue with no real effort on Wolfchase Honda's part to remedy the situation or compensate for their error. The poor service I experienced with something as simple as patching a tire makes me question the service that would be performed on my vehicle for any thing more complex. More

Good job, Wolfchase Honda!!! Even in the midst of renovation, the customer comes first. The service area has been moved over to accommodate the work. I waited about an hour and a half, a nail was removed from my tire, and then I was on my way. More
