We bought our first car ever! With Tim! We ended up going to Toyota of Wallingford without an appointment on a Saturday and even though Tim was done with his work for the day, With Tim! We ended up going to Toyota of Wallingford without an appointment on a Saturday and even though Tim was done with his work for the day, he stayed with us beyond his work hours to help us guide through the car buying process. He did not act like a car salesman, but like a friend. He went through pros and cons of certain car models, trims, and helped us find the best car for our budget. We put a deposit for a car, and he made sure that he reached out to everyone possible in case he could get us our car sooner than previously anticipated. He kept us posted with every single update about car’s build, arrival dates etc. and processed our insurance paper work on a timely basis. He managed for us to get the car delivered in less than two weeks and helped us carefully navigate through financing options with flexible payment terms, while keeping the whole process extremely transparent. On the day of car delivery, he took care of certain requests such as addressing a minor blemish on the paint caused during transit. He walked us through additional car safety and maintenance items even though it was not even his job to talk about those things. Tim cares for his customers and treats them like his friends, helps them make better decisions and unlike any other car dealership, these guys are highly transparent and helpful in getting you the car you want. I highly recommend Tim and Toyota of Wallingford for their superior customer service! More
