This was my first car purchase and he made sure that my family and I felt comfortable with the entire process. Everything from start to finish only took about 3 hours so that was great! He is an excellent sales person, I would most definitely recommend him to family and friends. Sonny was pretty good too. Did make me feel somewhat overwhelmed with the pricing process but I think that is part of the experience of buying a car. He is obviously very knowledgeable and charismatic. Wish the price would have been just a little lower but still happy considering the current semiconductor shortage! In the finance dept. we worked with Hanzel. He was very well organized and wanted to get us in and out if there very quickly (not complaining about that). However at the beginning he got visibly upset because my address on the registration application was not completed, my apartment number was missing (which I forgot to mention to the sales folks). He seemed to be more upset with the sales dept for not checking but I couldn’t help but feel guilty about getting Bryan in trouble since he had been so gracious with us! I can understand being upset about that, especially if you want to help your customers get through the process smoothly, but it did put me in an uncomfortable situation. Also, it would have been a little more helpful if he took the time to explain some of the paperwork in more detail. Other than that, he got us in and out very quickly so we can appreciate that, and he clearly knew the process! More
