My experience with sales team (Jimmy, Raja) and finance team (Adrian and Supervisor) was absolutely horrible. This was particularly disappointing as a family member recommended this particular dealership t team (Adrian and Supervisor) was absolutely horrible. As a whole many others in the dealership (Martin, Big Mike, Sonny, The Cowboy, Jessica and Mr. D) all seem eager to provide quality customer service. Purchasing a vehicle is a huge decision and investment. There should be great effort in ensuring that customer service is a top priority at every level. I hope no other customer ever experiences feeling dismissed, disrespected and ignored the way that I have. While I luv my Jeep I truly wish that I made my purchase elsewhere. More
