I will not return for service at your dealership. One of the worst experiences I had. I came for express service and had to wait for 20 minutes for paperwork after the car was serviced (defeats the purpose the worst experiences I had. I came for express service and had to wait for 20 minutes for paperwork after the car was serviced (defeats the purpose of express service) and I had prepaid maintenance. After they gave me the paperwork, they could not locate the car for 40 minutes (I am not exaggerating the time - it was the actual time). I was waiting in the cold as they kept saying the car should be there momentarily. I don’t remember the name of the person I dealt with. He was sitting at the reception at the service department. I am choosing a name as the system is not letting me submit the response unless I choose a service representative. I am just selecting Sossio Sol as it is the last name on the list. More
