The reason is very simple; high ethics and transparency with the numbers when negotiating/closing your deal. It is great that I can call her or anyone in her staff and get a detailed statement of your purchase and work with her your numbers. She cares about your budget. Definitely a great Sales Manager. I think the dealership needs to do a better job at confirming the Carfax description before they simply regurgitate that info. I bought a CPO that listed cooled seats in the key features. Under the "Sellers description" it further lists "front ventilated seats". Neither are true!! When I test drove the vehicle I was more concerned with the drive ability, engine noises, alignment, etc and did not even think about checking for cooled seats. The AC was running great and kept us cool during the 10 minute test drive. Speaking from experience, leather seats are just too dang hot in San Antonio and, as I told the dealership when I brought this to their attention, I would have never purchased a vehicle with leather seats without the ventilation feature. I'm super disappointed, I now have 2 vehicles with hot leather seats without ventilation. This is a lack of oversight on the dealership and could have been prevented by simply verifying information before listing a vehicle for sale. More

Never informed about warranties left on vehicle, was not told how long it would take to payoff the trade in , now I’m stuck with 2 payments unless I get it paid it off by next week. He even went the extra mile to be sure the tank was filled up for us to get home and had the car detailed upon our arrival! Also set up for us to take pictures and stuck to his word on our trade quote! 100% would recommend Andrew and this dealership in general. We were already pre approved through a third party lender but they were able to get our interest rate even lower and discounted our warranty and gap insurance.
