Light came on in the car that it was time for oil change. Called Honda House and was able to get an appointment the next day. They not only changed the oil but also took the time to inspect other areas of th Called Honda House and was able to get an appointment the next day. They not only changed the oil but also took the time to inspect other areas of the car such as brakes, tires, and air filter! Good to know those areas also in good working order without making another appointment ! They also noted evidence of a mouse nest and removed it, really appreciated!! Thanks!! More

Your staff were amazing, they helped us determine the best option for our old Pontiac. They also arranged to give our Honda an update so we don’t need to be schedule and oil change later. Only fixed engine leak under warranty after Mazda found a significant leak. It should have been fixed before they sold it. Found problem with heater fan after 3rd visit and keeping car 3 days warranty will significant leak. It should have been fixed before they sold it. Found problem with heater fan after 3rd visit and keeping car 3 days warranty will cover it. Unable to determine problem with poor cabin heat. They refuse to even flush heater core with warranty I have repeatedly let them know it is blowing cold air on my feet. Mazda confirmed it takes longer to heat than it should. I will go somewhere else and get a thermostat and other work needed completed. They do a good job on what they are able to determine for themselves though. Stacey is very friendly and helpful 5 stars. Jimmy is ok 4 star and Dane actually says the problem does not exist giving impression he thinks cold air on my feet does not exist. He is the reason for the lower rating, as well as a tech with 30 years of experience not able or willing to find the issues. The nature of their warranty when buying a car from them is frustrating if their staff won't confirm the problem. Which is also a problem. It does cost more to have Honda work on the car than it costs at Mazda. Prices are a bit extreme. More
