236,000+ miles on my 2013 Honda Pilot and had only my second repair (oil pump gasket and seal replacement) last week at Luther St. Cloud Honda. Speaking with the Service Department staff before I left, second repair (oil pump gasket and seal replacement) last week at Luther St. Cloud Honda. Speaking with the Service Department staff before I left, it occurred to me that other then required maintenance and tires, this was truly only the second "repair" this vehicle has required since I purchased it in April of 2013! Even more amazing, the people I have worked with - Stacey Dingmann, Casey VanDorn, Dane Fransen and Keith Schmeling - have been with me every step of the way since 2013! (And the new kid - Jimmy Gray - is also cut from the same fabric, I expect he'll also be around a long time to assist anyone with service matters.) Now, I'm getting along in the years and have been driving for over 54 years. I've never experienced a vehicle with so few mechanical issues, nor have I ever had the same doctor - NOR the same Service Staff - for 10 or more years until now. If you're looking for a vehicle, shop Honda. If you're looking for a trustworthy service department, look no further than Luther St. Cloud Honda. More

Horrible experience! Went in for a timing belt, then the alternator went out. I didn’t complain about it, but it was pricey to fix. On the drive home from Luther after ge Went in for a timing belt, then the alternator went out. I didn’t complain about it, but it was pricey to fix. On the drive home from Luther after getting the alternator replaced, car was making loud noise when turning. Then when parked it was leaking fluid on the driveway. This is AFTER driving it home from Luther. Called back, they picked up the car and told me needed a new steering pump and it had nothing to do with the other fixes. Odd since the steering pump is near the alternator. You would think the mechanic would check the car over after working on the car before giving it back to the customer. I worked with Stacy and never had problems before and I vented my frustration. Basically, they didn’t take blame for it and said car has 165k and things will break. I corrected her and told her the car had 113k. She did correct herself after. Since then she never has returned phone calls and had us deal with someone else. I thought highly of her until this last experience. The whole situation seems fishy and I think the steering pump was the mechanics fault and damaged it when working on the car. Over $3500 out of my pocket later. It’s a shame after 6 years of having my car serviced there, this is how my car was handled after a big repair. Disappointed to say the least! More
