Excellent service as always! Every time I bring my car into this dealership to Service my vehicle I always leave happy due to the great customer interaction and service I receive Every time I bring my car into this dealership to Service my vehicle I always leave happy due to the great customer interaction and service I receive from Stacy and everyone else I encounter! The waiting area is very impressive too! This particular visit was just for an oil change, but I also requested additional information regarding my upcoming tire replacement cost which was given with a clear cost breakdown based on the type of tires suggested and the labor cost. Every request I’ve asked of the Service dept has always left me extremely happy and impressed with them regardless if its a request for extra tire nozzle caps or if they could replace my dead battery (when it along with everyone else’s batteries died on the coldest day of the year this past winter). Stacy and the team stayed late to replace the battery, provided their usual professionalism and charisma that left me relieved, reassured that my new battery was in excellent condition along with a detailed breakdown of the warranty, and satisfied that they cared about me both as a person and as a customer which I don’t often receive when trying to get my car serviced locally in my own city an hour away from the dealership. I always highly recommend this dealership and service center whenever asked. Thank you for always making me leave with a smile on my face! More
