Too soon for this I recently purchased a new vehicle from Luther St. Cloud. It had 350 miles on it when the lights on the dash went and I had to limp it in on a very bu I recently purchased a new vehicle from Luther St. Cloud. It had 350 miles on it when the lights on the dash went and I had to limp it in on a very busy road. Needless to say I was not happy. When I brought it in and tersely explained what was going on they got the vehicle in and gave me something to use right away as I had an important meeting. They repaired it in a timely manner and apologized for the problem. Overall very good service. However not happy that a brand new vehicle needed a fuel pump. Hunter from sales was informed of my situation. More

I readily admit from previous car dealings I tend to be irritated right away but Hunter made this a good experience. I need to make this perfectly clear my dealing with Brian Rothstein was a big disappointment. While I realize trying to sell extended warranties and other things is his job and makes dealerships money. I take huge exception to being questioned why I didn’t want any of this and actually not letting up. He is not low pressure and my wife was also immensely upset after dealing with him. More

Very efficient, friendly, but POS: Dane was very helpful in terms of service --- I didn't know the first oil change was free if car bought there, but he brought it up, so nice to POS: Dane was very helpful in terms of service --- I didn't know the first oil change was free if car bought there, but he brought it up, so nice to have that discount. Stacey in service was REALLY friendly and kind to my dog Lily, that helped her a lot! Service done very promptly, and I also appreciate the free car wash. NEG: A s I waited, a salesperson came up to me and was a little pushy in seeing if I wanted to trade-in my car, even though it's just 2 yrs old --- and turned out, he hadn't looked up the right car owner anyways. Makes me a little less comfortable in going back. More
