Jeff was great! Went above and beyond to make the sale and make things right. Process was smooth. Only complaint is whomever “borrowed” the truck smoked in it and Went above and beyond to make the sale and make things right. Process was smooth. Only complaint is whomever “borrowed” the truck smoked in it and left it a mess. Shows they don’t care about the product being sold and how it can affect the salesperson making a sale. The people and dealership were great. The Traverse that we ordered was stuck in Wentzville on a trailer for over 2 weeks and we couldn't wait any longer as my DIL's motor blew. Bryan (sales) brought another Traverse in from another dealer. It was $10K more expensive, but I'm really glad I ended up with the nicer vehicle. Otherwise, I wouldn't have spent that much on me. And, we also found a used truck that my husband loves. We were about to start looking at other dealers, and Bryan came thru. More
