She went to great lengths to explain all of the options on the vehicle, especially the display panel during and after the test drive. This is our first vehicle with a lot of extra options. She was very patient while going through the instructions many times more than once. After being fairly confident that we'd buy it, we also asked to see a couple of other vehicles. Her patience continued. We agreed to buy this Cadillac and are excited to take it on a couple of long road trips this summer and fall.
