I had plenty of time to research the vehicle and Subaru of Kennesaw gave the best price in the state. I live over 2 hours away and communicated through email during the entire process. Once the price was finalized, I went down to take delivery of the vehicle, which was smooth and effortless. I saved so much money and it was well worth the effort to drive over 2 hours to take delivery. Customer service is excellent. Five stars and highly recommended. More

Traded my first for my second Subaru I love the personal and one on one attention I receive. Stephanie sold me my first Subaru, a 2015 Impreza and worked out a great deal for the new 201 I love the personal and one on one attention I receive. Stephanie sold me my first Subaru, a 2015 Impreza and worked out a great deal for the new 2017 Crosstrek I have now. Lou gave me excellent financing again. Steve made room for me right away and the whole process took just a couple hours. I kinda wish I didn't have to wait 6 months or 6000 miles to go back. Oh yeah I don't, I am part of the family! More

Best customer service EVER! I purchased an Outback here today. I first contacted Stephanie in January when I started planning a purchase. She was extremely helpful and respected I purchased an Outback here today. I first contacted Stephanie in January when I started planning a purchase. She was extremely helpful and respected my request to delay my contact and purchase due to a family matter that came up unexpectedly. Then when I got back with her four months later; she went out of her way to accommodate my crazy schedule and requests. There was never any pressure and I highly recommend this dealership and Stephanie in particular. Joseph in the finance department was awesome as well. More

What I got from Subaru of Kennesaw was a very fair no haggle price and with no pressure - although Stephanie clearly presented all the options available, I felt from start to finish that her goal was to sell me only the car I really wanted at a fair price.
