The only issue I had was the AI system you use to schedule appointments is horrible. It gives you a time and that it will be confirmed when Service contacts you but no one contacts you. This was my first service after purchasing a F-150 from Southern. The staff were friendly and prompt. The maintenance bay was full of vehicles, so I was expecting a longer wait. It wasn’t bad though, took Southern. The staff were friendly and prompt. The maintenance bay was full of vehicles, so I was expecting a longer wait. It wasn’t bad though, took about 2 hours for a 5k mile service. More
