I would like to say “Thank You” to the following: John Holliday ( General Manager) who first saw our name online when we searched for a vehicle and first to call us and scheduled our appointment. Upon our arrival, John met and greeted us with a warm welcome and introduced us to Grace Green (Sales Associate). Grace entertained us with patience and understanding. She humbly told us that we are her first customer to come and negotiated to purchase a vehicle. She was assisted by Phaeng Taweepuntsant (Sales Associate) who was so patient to review the documents to be submitted. Thanks to Phaeng who diligently assisted Grace for the smooth processing of the application. And here comes the Great Stephanie Thornton (Finance Manager) who welcomed us with open arms and made everything possible that we will be financed by Toyota Financial Services with a monthly affordable amount for us to pay. Everything went smoothly with the trade in of our 2011 Toyota Prius Hybrid to a new 2025 Rav 4 Hybrid. We ended up getting a new car happily as a Christmas gift for our family.
