First of all, we bought our first car from Corwin a few years ago and bought a warranty. When the transmission was confirmed bad by two different places including Corwin, they did not honor the warranty an years ago and bought a warranty. They say they’ll work with us to get a new car and trade in the lemon they originally sold us. While this is happening, both my daughter and son purchased a vehicle from Corwin. Then we find a car on a Tuesday, tell them we’ll be back on Sunday to buy it. What do they do? THEY SELL THE CAR WE WERE GOING TO TRADE FOR AND BUY! What a joke! We buy 3 vehicles and they sell the car the we were going to buy. Needless to say: they don’t care about their customers and will swindle you just to make a sale!
