They were great. They did my normal service, but also found a weak battery and replaced it under warranty. They took care of my leaking heat pump under warranty as well. It's always easy to schedule a maintenance service with Gates! I also really appreciated that the staff knew when my ToyotaCare was ending and upgraded me to the more expensive 20,000 mile service (even th Gates! I also really appreciated that the staff knew when my ToyotaCare was ending and upgraded me to the more expensive 20,000 mile service (even though I was only at about 13,000) so that I would receive the best service for my last free service through ToyotaCare. I've had nothing but great experiences with Gates during the last two years of leasing. More
