This was the first time I have ever had a wonderful experience at a car dealership. The staff is AMAZING! They listened to me and made every effort to find the problem with my car. They were kind, know experience at a car dealership. The staff is AMAZING! They listened to me and made every effort to find the problem with my car. They were kind, knowledgeable and actually made me feel like they cared. I recommend them enough! I will definitely be back! More

Jose and Stephen are very customer service driven. The waiting area is clean and they offer refreshments. After my vehicle has been thoroughly checked, with their multi-point inspection, I feel safe The waiting area is clean and they offer refreshments. After my vehicle has been thoroughly checked, with their multi-point inspection, I feel safer driving on busy Florida roads. My oil changes, tire rotations and any future major repairs will be completed at Sport Mazda OBT. If I must note any room for improvement it would be to have vehicles returned on time. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment which seemed to disappear - although I was called to confirm it and I then called back to reconfirm it and explain my vehicle had to be taken on time. I was unfortunately made late to a doctor appointment. It was made VERY clear how pressing my time was and exactly what time I needed to leave. After my car was washed, it sat in the parking lot and no one knew. I was standing in front of Jose for quite a while waiting. Not until I said something, did Jose check on it for me and then Stephen ran out to get it. Didn’t matter at that point. This caused me to miss my doctor appointment and I then still had to pay their office for not cancelling it on time. The previous visit had my husband and me waiting there for over 3 1/2 hours for a simple oil change. This wasn’t even a weekend or late afternoon appointment. More

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Mazda Motor Sports today 7/12/23. Our salesperson Patricia helped is in every way possible to make the buying experience really good. Patricia is very knowledgeable on the field answering every question we had. Courteous and friendly, no question in mind that she really has a passion on helping the customer first.
