I started with the Garavel Subaru website. Where I found it easy to compare models and trim options online. After finding what I wanted online I visited the showroom on a Saturday after work. Even though it was close to closing I was able to test drive of the Legacy I was interested in. I decided to purchase the Legacy on Monday morning and took delivery Tuesday evening. It is a pleasure to deal with the folks at Garavel. And thanks to Rudy for making the delivery a smooth experience. There was a minor cosmetic defect in a side panel, Garavel promptly arranged to pick up the car and had it corrected. Thanks More

We had a great experience from start to finish purchasing our Forester at Garavel Subaru. The team there is awesome! Stephen was great! The service department was able to obtain the hitch and install it the very next day! On Monday, we picked up the car with the hitch already installed!!! No return visit needed! Our "journey" with the Subaru "family" began in 2020 when our son needed a car. He did his research for a used car that was safe & economical, which led us to Steve Shaughnessey and Garavel Subaru. Steve helped with all the details of buying a used Crosstrek - which my son loves! The following year I decided it was time to trade in my truck - which I loved but it being 12yo and 18mpg, went right back to Steve. He did a fantastic job of explaining & handling everything and despite the COVID supply chain issues, got my Forester sooner than expected! Late last year we went back to Steve and finally traded in hubby's 13yo hatchback for the new Crosstrek Wilderness. We purchased the prepaid maintenance service for the new cars and truly enjoy the convenience of the Subaru service department. Needless to say, we are a Subaru Family, enjoy driving our cars and like the service we have and continue to receive. More
