Stephen at A&T was very personable and attentive, not pushing me in any directions for the sake of sales but instead simply helped me get the right car I was looking for. Frank was great at providing the best financing and explaining everything. I don't feel the least bit used or manipulated. I have no regrets driving 40 minutes to a dealership that provides this kind of service. I highly recommend A&T Subaru in Sellersville, PA! More

He seemed to genuinely like his job and wanted to do all he could do to help us. He never came across as a salesman, but more like a friend just trying to help us. I can't say how much we actually enjoyed the whole process of buying this car. I have NEVER been able to say that about any other salesman, and I've bought many new cars. He did all he could to make this process as painless as possible. He always was prompt to return calls and emails....even after the purchase. I would recommend him highly to anyone I know. The rest of the staff were really nice as well. The person who gave us our indoctrination, Loyda, was wonderful. Yes, I said indoctrination. I've never had that before. Usually the salesman gives you a few minutes to maybe help you set up your phone and show you where some buttons are. This was different.....she actually hung out with us and spent an hour showing us everything in the car. She made sure we knew how to do everything, and helped us set up anything we asked her to. It was so nice! All in all - a great experience! More

This dealership, specifically Stephen Thuel, treated us fairly, he listened to what our needs were and did not try to over sell us something we did not need or want. We were offered offered a fair trade in price and a good deal on the vehical, with no need to haggle back and forth. I have always been satsfied with their service department and never feel they are padding the repair bills. They are always looking to keep the car in great running shape and if they find something unsafe they recommend the correct repair at a fair value. This time I purchased a 2017 Subaru Forester and very happy with the overall deal. Thanks Steve for a great experience! More
