the first time car buyer... buys a car! I had been searching for my particular car for about six months, every single day, several times a day on every car buying website you can think of! I went to a few different dealerships and test drove a few different cars, before I stumbled upon A&T Subaru. They had posted a 2016 Subaru WRX Limited which was my IDEAL car! I knew I had to go at least check it out. I set up an appointment online, and when I showed up they were extremely friendly and ready to show me my car. Stephen T. helped me out with my entire process. Before our test drive he walked around and showed me a bunch of different things about the car. (things I didn't even know existed!) I let Stephen know that I knew how to drive manual, I just wasn't very good at it, and he let me know that I could absolutely just stay in the car dealership parking lot for my test drive. We went for a few laps and I loved the car, and I then knew that the not-so-fun business part would be approaching. Which, I believe is everyone's least favorite thing to do when walking into a car dealership. Negotiation, trying to figure out what is an appropriate number to ask. They were very accommodating to my needs and requests, and after some back and forth questions, they gave me my perfect number for my dream car! I put down a deposit, and I picked it up the next week. They had it ready and detailed when I got there, and all paperwork ready to go. Frank was great with all of the paperwork stuff as well. I highly recommend going to A&T to purchase your vehicle. They are a great team and they want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. It is one of the biggest ones you will make in your life. Stephen Thuel was extremely knowledgeable about ALL the models, since I was unsure of what to go with when I first arrived. After going through test drives of several models we decided on the Outback. Not once did we feel pressured & in fact felt that this dealership and Stephen did the best job by making us feel comfortable in our budget situation. They worked with us on our trade in, giving us the best market value for it & even having the Manager Philip come out, to not 'haggle' us, but to give us peace of mind that he would do what it took to get the best price for the trade in. Not one other dealer did that for us. He was the only one & that made us feel stronger about going with A&T. After settling on the numbers, which they also helped with, everything from the finance process from Frank which went extremely fast & smooth to Jessica who showed us the entire car & functions of it. We are extremely happy overall with the experience on every level. Again, no pressure was ever felt & we are confident that we made the right choice by going with A&T Subaru. Not only did we get one of the safest cars on the road, we got a wonderful car buying experience! More

Stephen is very knowledgeable about Subaru products and it is obvious he has a passion for the Automobiles. We decided to have our trade in appraised and look at the the final numbers. Stephen explained everything we needed to know about the vehicle thoroughly. We never felt pressured or rushed. We bought the car on the spot! The dealership was rather busy today, however our paperwork was completed in a very short time by Frank Bernhard. Everyone working at A & T Subaru was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I stopped in several months prior to purchase to test drive the Outback to develop my shortlist of cars to consider. Stephen understood that I was several months away from purchase, and he checked in with me now and then with an approach I found to be attentive and not pushy. A&T quoted a price that I was happy with, and the purchase was handled smoothly. The Touring trim level has lots of tech bells and whistles, and Stephen is good with both the technology and the explanation of how to customize features. If you are checking with dealers, I can recommend A&T based on this experience. More
