Excellent Experience! I found my 2016 MDX on cars.com and when I called to inquire about it, I was connected with Steve Ault. I live a little over 100 miles away from Acur I found my 2016 MDX on cars.com and when I called to inquire about it, I was connected with Steve Ault. I live a little over 100 miles away from Acura Columbus. Steve was great to work with over the phone! He answered my questions, was willing to talk or text, depending on my availability. He even did a video walk around of the car and sent it to me. Negotiating the deal was so easy, there was no high pressure sales tactics! When I got to the dealership, everything was ready for me. They even had me on their VIP board welcoming me in to the dealership. Steve and Adam made this process very easy, the whole process took about 2 hours. Next time I’m ready for my next Acura, I won’t hesitate to make the 100 mile drive to see these guys again! Thanks for making the car buying experience an enjoyable one Acura Columbus! More

Fast and Pleasant Experience Came to the dealership somewhat knowing what I was looking for (a TLX I saw in online inventory), but Steve was able to answer any questions I had or Came to the dealership somewhat knowing what I was looking for (a TLX I saw in online inventory), but Steve was able to answer any questions I had or any clarifications I needed. He was knowledgeable on the different models and even the various trims within each model. Test drove a few cars and all it took was a copy of my insurance and license and he let us head out. Once it came down to actually deciding and talking purchase, Steve was very friendly, clear, and concise. It felt like he was on our team when we haggled a bit on the final cost. Steve also stayed a bit after the dealership closed to make sure we were good to go. Adam was extremely helpful (and friendly) when it came to the final paperwork and was able to answer all questions we had. We're thankful Adam stayed a bit after close as well so that we could drive the TLX home that night! Also to note, I felt we were given a fair amount for our trade-in as well by the dealership. More

Great experience! I submitted my information online about a week ago and Francesco got back to me quickly with the pricing I was looking for. He was the only sales asso I submitted my information online about a week ago and Francesco got back to me quickly with the pricing I was looking for. He was the only sales associate to do so in Columbus. There is an Acura store down the road from my house, but I drove the extra 25 minutes to work with Francesco because he was so responsive and helpful. My in person experience was just as great. He gladly showed me multiple vehicles and had a positive attitude the entire time (despite me being a self admitted pain in the butt). Everyone was very friendly and helpful! I left with the car I had my heart set on and couldn’t be happier! I will certainly be sending all of my friends and family to Francesco and Acura Columbus! Thanks, guys! More
