Steve greeted me, twin sister (Doc) and my niece with a smile. He was very easy to talk to and extremely patient with my indecisive ways. He listened to me and got me the exact MDX I wanted. Last time we bought a new car was 15 years ago, so I had no idea how things were today in the car by industry.
