A Warning to All Car Buyers: My Experience at North West Hills Jeep I am writing this review to warn potential customers about my deeply troubling and costly experiences with North West Hills Jeep, specifi Hills Jeep I am writing this review to warn potential customers about my deeply troubling and costly experiences with North West Hills Jeep, specifically with the owner's son, Jack Sullivan. My dealings with this dealership have been characterized by dishonesty, broken promises, and a shocking lack of accountability. One of my many purchases from them was a Dodge Ram. Jack Sullivan sold me the truck and recommended that I go to his friend, Geoff, to have a plow installed. He gave me a verbal promise that if I used his recommended installer, the vehicle's warranty would remain intact and be honored by the dealership. Trusting his word, I had the plow installed as directed. Shortly after, while driving, the front passenger-side tire completely fell off the vehicle just after I had gotten off the highway. It was a terrifying and incredibly dangerous situation. The subsequent repairs cost me nearly $11,000. When I contacted Jack Sullivan to address the warranty he had promised, he flatly denied ever making such a statement, leaving me to bear the entire financial burden. Believing it might have been an isolated incident, I later brought my Jeep—also purchased from them—to their service center for a computer issue. They initially fixed the problem and charged the repair to the warranty. However, when the exact same issue recurred, the dealership, under Jack Sullivan's direction, refused to even schedule an appointment for me to bring the vehicle in. The level of unprofessionalism and blatant dishonesty I experienced at North West Hills Jeep is unacceptable. A dealership, particularly one representing a major brand like Jeep, should not be allowed to operate with such disregard for customer safety and satisfaction. Jack Sullivan's actions have cost me thousands of dollars and endangered my safety on the road. I strongly urge prospective buyers to be extremely cautious and consider taking their business elsewhere. I also hope that Jeep corporate takes this matter seriously and re-evaluates its relationship with a dealership that so poorly represents its brand. More

Northwest Hills Jeep was able to locate and get the discontinued color for 2025, Midnight Blue, with the equipment that I wanted, but I had to step u Northwest Hills Jeep was able to locate and get the discontinued color for 2025, Midnight Blue, with the equipment that I wanted, but I had to step up to the significantly more expensive Overland trim. I received about $4,500 in Jeep incentives, but the sales manager didn’t discount anything from the MSRP and lowballed me on my trade. The dealer made an extremely tidy profit on this sale but had me between a rock and a hard place since the color & options I wanted were very limited in my area. I also wanted to buy before the tariffs announced by the economics genius in the White House drove up the price of the vehicle. Overall, I would recommend that you compare several other dealerships if you’re considering purchasing a vehicle from NW Hills. More

I recommend this dealership to anyone. Contacted Josh about the vehicle, he allowed me to put a 500 dollar hold on the truck and held it for 4 days. I drove 5 hours to test drive the vehicle, upon arriving he pointed out the vehicle had a cracked headlight and some rock chips on the front bumper. I trust drove the vehicle, was able to get them down a few dollars about the rock chips and they agreed to pay for the headlight. Truck drove great on the way home, but started making noises in the front suspension a few days later. Being a certified vehicle I took it to the dealership in PA to be serviced. It had bad springs, shocks, and bushings. The vehicle is fixed and I'm picking it up today minus a 100 dollar deductible! Josh Perez went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and flawless from start to finish. And kudos to the dealership managers for honoring their words! Excellent dealership! More
