I reached out to this dealership online when I spotted a vehicle I liked. So I made an appointment to see vehicle. When I arrived Anthony Deangelis met me and we went through the vehicle along with a test vehicle I liked. So I made an appointment to see vehicle. When I arrived Anthony Deangelis met me and we went through the vehicle along with a test drive. Anthony was professional and answered all my questions without a hitch! We moved on to financing and Cody Harvey got me approved and hooked we up with a heck of a warranty. Now the star of this review is service advisor Mary Harrison. I did have an issue with vehicle and Mary arranged for my vehicle to be picked up at my location (1 hour & 40 mins away) and serviced at purchased location. She kept me updated throughout repair process which was again covered by that great warranty. Cars issues were corrected and again Mary had vehicle transported back to me. I've dealt with many car dealerships in my time but have not received such awesome service! Flood got their sales and service gig right!! Oh ya, Flood, get Mary some business cards 😁! More
