Brought my car in for a oil change, they were busy that day so it took about 2.5 hours. The customer service people were very kind and informative. I appreciate the video from under the car and the full ev day so it took about 2.5 hours. The customer service people were very kind and informative. Was disappointed with my 1st visit/oil change. 2 1/2 hour wait. No courtesy vehicles available and they didn't even wash or vac my car.
