No haggling, no back and forth. Straight forward. Also Angel Lewis showed me the "ropes" of the car and how to navigate. She was great as well. Brian Sweet also was behind the scenes. I didn't meet him. But the car looked beautiful when I finally got into it after the paperwork. Top notch real people here in Thorndale. More
