I just bought my third TLX from Acura of Peoria. I had the unpleasant experiance of dealing with Steve Hoffman (sals manager). Not only did he give me the lowest trade in offer by far of the other dealers the unpleasant experiance of dealing with Steve Hoffman (sals manager). Not only did he give me the lowest trade in offer by far of the other dealers in the area, but also quoted me a finance APR of 5.5%. I informed him that Acura was offering a 1.9% to which he answered only on the 2020 not the 2021. when I showed him the rate on my cell phone, he said he did not know that and said he was required by law to offer that rate to everyone. However this was not my experiance at other dealers in the area. I must add that my salesmen Darren Maus was a pleasure to work with and is the reason I baught the car. But when I got home my wife said "We just bought a new car and I don't feel happy." In the past I have always been pleased with this dealership. My advice is if you are looking to buy a car at this dealership and Steve Hoffman is the sales manager that day, come back another day. More

I did extensive online shopping and found a great deal at this location, I went to take a look at the vehicle on lot and was met by Chris H. Great guy, introduced himself and immediately asked what I was looking for. I explained my situation and why I was looking, he showed me not only the car I came in to see but also noted some lateral options for the price range and vehicle type I was looking at. We test drove a few vehicles with no pressure, had a great personal talk about himself and his hobbies while discussing some very needed information regarding a potential deal. Gave me a great breakdown on the value, pricing, financing structure involved and made it comfortable to express what I needed. I was recommended to this dealership by a family member and I have to say, I'm glad that I took the advice. They gave me a better deal than I expected, they got me the rate I wanted, the payment I wanted and most of all the CAR that I wanted. I have no doubt in my mind that I will be back to this dealership for not only another car but all of my future service needs. The group is honestly just too nice not to want to deal with.
