I took my truck to the service center to originally get a couple of new key FOB units programmed and keys cut. Neil in service as my advisor and checking on, he found that the truck had a few service codes couple of new key FOB units programmed and keys cut. Neil in service as my advisor and checking on, he found that the truck had a few service codes output. I agreed to leave the truck so they could investigate. They found the ECM needed to be changed. Afew days later, I returned to pick up the truck and got in to leave ane service engine light came on. The mechanic identified that the connector to the ECM needed to be changed. That would have to be ordered so, I agreed to leave it for the shop to fix. They had to order it from the factory. Due to the 2 hurricanes coming to Florida, the part didn't arrive till several days after the 2nd storm passed. They were able to get the truck done and i picked the truck up . . More

Went in for my first service, only 5k miles. Was just a tire rotation and electrical checkup since it's an EV. Say waiting for over an hour and a half. Too long for something like this.
