Best place to buy a vehicle! From start to finish! I like going here mainly because I'm treated as a person and not a sale quota! It's always an enjoyable experience with Coastal Kia! Steve told me it wouldn't take long to get everything done for our new vehicle and he was right. The last dealership we worked with took over 6 hours to get us on our way. Excellent experience buying a new car for first time in several years. The ticket for me was terrific sales experience with Steve Kramer. He was great! All personnel were very nice. The professionalism and honesty from Steve Kramer was exceptional. Provided everything i was looking for and as a previous salesman for car dealerships, he certainly exceeded my expectations. His promptness, cut to the chase mentality, and flexibility to work around my concerns, wants, and needs from a sales agent and dealership is what brought me to move forward with the new vehicle purchase. Being in a sales career myself, i understand the value in someone making a decision to become personal and comfortable and Steve certainly showed this. I truly hope the management team recognizes this as well in such a wonderful employee.
