I wasn't sure what car was right for me but mr Wallace was an excellent guide. I could tell he really wanted to get the best car for me. I can tell why Mr Kramer recommended him to me. Steve told me it wouldn't take long to get everything done for our new vehicle and he was right. The last dealership we worked with took over 6 hours to get us on our way. Excellent experience buying a new car for first time in several years. The ticket for me was terrific sales experience with Steve Kramer. He was great! All personnel were very nice.
