This is the third lease we have done with Treasure Coast Lexus. The dealership has excellent staff and we would rate Paul as one of the best of the best. On a scale of 1-10, we would give him an 11. My general view of car dealships is not good, but, that said, we have enjoyed a good relationship at TCL. TCL may be the exception to the rule. Specifically speaking about Paul, he is an individual who is very well suited to car sales in this day an age. First and foremost, he presents well, in a very appreciated understated manner that is so comfortable to work with. He listens and understands your needs/desires, and, most importantly, communicates in a honest, succinct and pleasant manner - truly professional!! He knows his products. One never gets the sense that he is trying to "snow you." While we did not get everything we sought cost wise, we struct a fair arrangement and agree to consummate the arrangement primarily due to how Paul worked with us, explaining what he could and was not able to do and why - honest and straight forward. I have the sense that dealership will make more sales with Paul that they would without him. Having run school districts in my educational career, If he were in my field, I would hire him in a minute. As long as Paul is at TCL, we will surely look forward to future lease/purchase consideration. Lexus does make a quality product and at a good value. Rick Russell, tech expert, was likewise excellent. Clearly knows is stuff and communicates exceptionally well with older clients, which is Lexus's customer base. He is ideally suited to the task. His interactions are re-enforcing, patient, caring and comforting. Technology for us older folks is always a bit of a challenge. Rick knows that and paves his demonstrations and delivery accordingly. He took his time with and as a result we were able to absorb and understand more clearly. He set up our Bluetooth phones and more. The experience was actually pleasureable. On the proverbial 1-10 scale, we would rate him an 11, too. Our thanks to these gentlemen and to the finance person (Steve, I believe his name). Smart, personable, exceptionally knowledgeable and presents well. We would rate him tops, too! Obviously, TCL has an excellent team! Jonathan Van Eyk More

Howard listened to our wish list and from there provided us with the best buying experience...no pressure, no exhausting back and forth, no stupid prize wheels like some other brands. Howard even came to our house to pick up some documents to save us a trip back to the dealership. He also stayed in touch after purchase. Anyone considering a Lexus will not be disappointed by Howard. Rick Russell was top notch as well in technology, explaining all the gadgets and continues to follow up with us to let us know he will always be available for further instruction. More
