His motto is'"Make sure the customer is happy first" . another leadership person also made my day warm and sensitive to my need and ensured great service The Financial dept was very descriptive with the contract with no HIDDEN agenda great people and honest. Upon purchase I needed small details done to my car when I went back to the service department they went above the call of duty to ensure that my car would be serviced and returned with-in a timely manner, all done with a smile.
