I researched my new vehicle online and started my process on the website with the Chat. I was put in contact with Steve Lane who was an absolute great guy to work with. I had options to work with, I didn’t on the website with the Chat. I was put in contact with Steve Lane who was an absolute great guy to work with. I had options to work with, I didn’t have to trade my car, I had my own financing secured and pre-approved, and was really looking for whichever direction made the most sense to me based on the offers given. I talked with Steve and let him know what my options were and he took that and provided me with an offer that I felt was very fair for both myself and Cassen’s. I did not feel pressured or swayed in any way, and really enjoyed that part of the deal, which we all know can make or break a sale. I ended up trading my existing car and financing through Chrysler Capitol, which was 180 degrees from what I was expecting to do. What set this experience apart, when Chrysler Capitol went to finalize my application, they found that my bank was mistakenly reporting my Home Equity Loan and it was throwing my Dept to Income ratio way off. Steve reached out and let me know right away and I was able to provide documentation to show the correct information. Steve worked with Brandon in the Finance group to reach out to Chrysler Capitol and get the information reviewed and approved on the CC side. Chrysler Capitol was not very speedy on their response, but your team was very good at staying on them to get an answer and using that wait time to make sure I was 100% familiar with all of the aspects of my new vehicle. When it didn’t look like the deal was going to happen that day, Steve and Brandon provided a couple of options to save my time, but in the end, right as I was getting ready to leave (and come back the next day after we received the response from Chrysler Capitol), we received the approval we were waiting on. Even while I was waiting, and Steve had went to check with Brandon on the latest from Chrysler Capitol, I was at the soda machine and it did not want to read my credit card, so one of the other salesman bought me my soda. It’s all of those little things that your team did to make this all work, and that made for an awesome experience. Thanks to the Steve, Brandon, and the whole team @ Cassen’s! More
