Im 54 years old, so needless to say this isn't my first time purchasing a car. Steve was great! Very transparent, no games, quick transaction. What made the experience so unique was that I wasn't pressured time purchasing a car. Steve was great! Very transparent, no games, quick transaction. What made the experience so unique was that I wasn't pressured once by the finance department to purchase an extended warranty. That hands down has to be the worst part of buying a car for me personally. I was in Medical sales for 26 years. There's nothing more I can't stand than a pushing sleazy, salesman. Steve was a professional and a gentleman. PS, I love my pre-owned Caddy that looks brand new!!!! Great Price! Generous value for my trade in. Will definitely be buying my next Caddy from Otto. More

I was disappointed that a new car does not come with an owners manual. I was not told that was the case until x out a week after the sale. I called Steve LeMon and was told Cadillac found not provide an ow owners manual. I was not told that was the case until x out a week after the sale. I found the manuals online and after paying $45,000 for the car I had to pay an additional sum out of my own pocket. The non closure has really irritated me More
