Super sales person I’ve researched several brands small crossover suv’s. Finally decided on a Hyundai. I stopped by and did not get the answers I wanted so I sent an on line request. Holly Jensen texted me within a short time. She pairiently and professionally answered all my questions. We set up a time to meet. She greeted me and took time to go through the Kona with me. Steve the sales manger was also very accommodating. Holly is helping me surprise my wife on our 40th anniversary by delivering to our home. She really has taken the time to make the buying experience pleasant More

Holly & her team were fantastic I am a first time car buyer and Holly Jensen & her team made the process very manageable and straightforward. It took a while to find exactly what I was looking for simply because it was a rare car, but Holly kept me updated without being pushy and her team was able to find me exactly what I wanted down to the color and trim! They are one of the bigger dealers around so they get a lot more vehicles in which helped a lot. I shopped around for months before deciding which car to buy & hyundai definitely met all my safety, quality, & fun factor criteria & the fact that the staff at Lithia Hyundai Reno were so professional & helpful made my experience excellent. There are a lot of creepy car salesmen out there but I felt totally comfortable working with Holly. Very happy with my new car & my overall experience More

Honest, helpful, and friendly people work there. I couldn't find an AWD Ruby Wine red Tucson Ltd where I live in Calif (apparently only 2% of the cars they receive from Corporate in Calif. are AWD) a I couldn't find an AWD Ruby Wine red Tucson Ltd where I live in Calif (apparently only 2% of the cars they receive from Corporate in Calif. are AWD) and so called Reno, NV to see if they have a red one. They didnt. I was going to settle for a white one that was coming in to my local dealer, when Sales Mgr Steve from Reno called and said he was getting a red AWD shipped in from Oregon; He sent a copy of the window sticker, and it was the EXACT car I was looking for! Even had most the added accessories I wanted, such as a trailer hitch. Then he price matched my local dealer, also making sure I got every rebate and incentive I qualified for. We did this all by text and emails. Car came in a few days later than he hoped, but otherwise it all went well. The Lithia Hyundai Reno dealership is across the highway from the main airport, making a flight or one-way rental car an easy way to get there for out-of-state purchasers. Chris, in Finance, carefully explained what I had to do to register the car in California (I need to Calif. smog test a brand new 50 State certified car??!) and gave me a 15 day temporary Nevada registration so I could drive it the 260 miles home. Salesman Ali explained all the many buttons and features, 'paired' my cell phone, and signed me up for all Hyundai's online programs that tie in with the car's many features. I was playing with the Nav, XM Radio, sunroof, etc. all the way home on Hwy 80. The car got over 31mpg at 70mph, which is higher than it is rated. I love my new car! More

Lithia Expereince Having dealt with Lithia Subaru and Jeep/Chrysler I presumed familiarity with that organization's practices. This was, however, the first new vehicle Having dealt with Lithia Subaru and Jeep/Chrysler I presumed familiarity with that organization's practices. This was, however, the first new vehicle purchased from a Lithia dealership. I arrived knowing the vehicle model desired. I was given a test drive which exposed the vehicle to my spouse to determine their satisfaction. The vehicle, a 2016 Veloster Turbo, was accepted with the understanding that it could be upgraded to include Apple Car Play, a Blind Spot Detection and Warning System, as well as a HomeLink equipped mirror. As that proved impossible, it was traded back to the dealership and a car with the Technology Package accepted. Apple CarPlay is included in the second car. The Blind Spot Detection and Warning System is scheduled for installation Thursday, 9 March. There has been no addressing the HomeLink feature. While the weather was sloppy when the second car was delivered, ther interior should have been cleaned. I am happy with the car but feel my requirements should have been better addressed originally. More
