I had a issue with a service writer and parts department guy on Saturday 08/08/26. Both were rude and not helpful with a new truck that was purchased. I needed to replace a part that was damaged. I immedi guy on Saturday 08/08/26. Both were rude and not helpful with a new truck that was purchased. I needed to replace a part that was damaged. I immediately reported the issue to my salesman, but i have to hear anything from a service manager or general manager which i have requested to speak too. I was about to return this truck and take my business somewhere else. I have never been treated in this manner before at any car dealership in the entire CSRA! More
