Excellent customer service! Professional, competent, friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Not only will I continue to use Master Buick, but will recommend to others! I’m also inspired to purchas friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Not only will I continue to use Master Buick, but will recommend to others! I’m also inspired to purchase any future vehicles from Master Buick based on my service experience. As a business owner myself, I appreciated the overall feeling presented by the staff. They obviously knew what they were doing, were proud of their abilities, and it showed. I was pleasantly surprised when I drove into the service bay to see my name on the digital display! Wow! More

Your service reminds me of vacuum cleaner.. it took from 4/29/20 until 7/16/20 to have the warranty repair completed. Given that I had only had thevehicle for approximately two weeks when I couldn’t get it 4/29/20 until 7/16/20 to have the warranty repair completed. Given that I had only had thevehicle for approximately two weeks when I couldn’t get it started, and I was only told to “call roadside assistance” is infuriating. After getting the vehicle to your so called service department, not once in two and a half months did anyone call me to update me on the status of the parts. When I called to inquire, the calls were not returned as requested. It would be interesting to know when the parts actually arrived at your facility and then why I was not notified so that a repair could be arranged. It's quite obvious to me that people are not doing what they are paid to do. More
