Awful Worst customer service! They had my husbands truck for several days and failed to tell him they wouldn’t be able to get to it to work on it. Meanwhile Worst customer service! They had my husbands truck for several days and failed to tell him they wouldn’t be able to get to it to work on it. Meanwhile he had to get a rental when that could have been avoided. We then had to take the truck back down to have it fixed and was kept for almost 2 months and at the end of all of this still had to pay for a rental bc they didn’t have the decency to call anyone. We bought my car from them 2 years ago and after this most recent experience we will never be back. More

Wait was HORRIBLE I had an appointment for 11am they told me to be there 10 min prior to my appointment time. I was. It took 15 min just to check me in! Once that was f I had an appointment for 11am they told me to be there 10 min prior to my appointment time. I was. It took 15 min just to check me in! Once that was finally done i asked what the wait time was going to be and they said 2 - 2 1/2 HOURS all i was getting was an oil change and tire rotation! Why make an appointment if your going to have to wait that long! I found someone to come get me so when they called to tell me my car was ready it took another 10 min to check me out! Like yall get your crap togther! More

Water in tail lights of new car. Rust will soon start. The service department reported the AREA boss wouldn’t remove the broken tail lights and replace them. I totally disagree with your company taking this stand. The car had 40 miles on it the day I purchase and 55 miles when I get home. The next couple of days went by before my daughter notice the water in both tail lights. When the weather got better I drove to the dealer and spoke to the salesman and sales manager. They referred me to your service department to get an appointment. Now, here I am with a new car that’s has leaking tail lights and GM will not stand by their customer when needed. More

Terrible service department Took vehicle in for air conditioner and backup camera warranty work. Held the vehicle 7 days after saying it would be a 2-3 day turnaround. Got the ca Took vehicle in for air conditioner and backup camera warranty work. Held the vehicle 7 days after saying it would be a 2-3 day turnaround. Got the car back and the air worked great, however a few days later we notice issue with the backup camera every so often. I was planning to take it back then receive a call from a lady asking if I still need my part? When I asked what part she stated something to do with the backup camera. Haven’t been back I will take the car somewhere else to get the rest of this warranty work done. It will cost me $100 to take it elsewhere but it’s totally worth it. Careful when using these folks! More

Quality on time service. We use this dealership for both of our vehicles. We haven’t used another center since 2012 when we bought our Acadia from there.
