Last 2 times my trk visited service, it was not fixed until I got in it to see check engine light on. This means the service techs are not paying attention or double checking their work, its a waste of m until I got in it to see check engine light on. Only to get there and find out its not, then I wait while the service tech manager scrambles around to take my truck back and fix what should have been done the first time. Walker Ford is our go to for both our vehicles and we have been pleased with the service and work, until this time. The exact repair that cost me $450 was done by Walker service just over a year ago. I was told, sorry but our work warranty is 1 year. Put yourself in the consumers place...really! It is hard to swallow that the exact same repair was needed again in just over a year for something Walker service was suppose to have fixed. So, what am I to do? Am I to assume every 14 months or so this same thing will break...hummm. Staff is always a pleasure to work with, very courteous and professional. It just seems something is wrong here. More
