Worst Experience Ever Customer service is not these guys specialty. I purchased a unit from these guys for my business and it was smooth at the beginning. However once they Customer service is not these guys specialty. I purchased a unit from these guys for my business and it was smooth at the beginning. However once they received payment everything hit the fan. I live 4.5hrs away from this facility so everything was handled remotely. I was told my unit was ready twice and each time I went to Duluth (purchased flight 1st time, drove a one way rental 2nd time) this statement came was not be true. Waste of time and money. After two blank trips they promised to deliver my truck and they did but I received the wrong truck. It was the NOT model number I requested. I specifically asked for a certain unit because of the suspension option it came with to help with towing. They had (aux tank added to my truck. However the install was not completed. I received a truck with a metal box with no fuel line ran, leaving me with no way to use this item I paid for. I literally have a box full of fuel in the back of my truck these can’t be used. I mentioned several times verbally and in writing that I wanted a gravity feed tank and they couldn’t handle that. I mean simple xxxxing checklist and communication would’ve fixed all of these issues but no one cares to do so. This may be a one off thing but its worst experience I’ve ever had. Felipe never kept his word nor held a proper line of communication he served no purpose in this entire process, he’s completely clueless and serves no purpose in this line of business. Steven O would take days to return any messages. For my troubles he said he’s throw in step rails for my truck. Do you think when my truck arrived at my house there were rails? Of course not. To this day the process is still not completed and there’s no sense of urgency. I feel hustled and now I’m having to get my lawyer involved. Lesson learned. More
