Jerry pro-actively contacte I called Jerry on a weekday to let him know that I was looking for a new car and planned on stopping at Wilde on Saturday. Jerry pro-actively contacted me on Saturday morning to follow-up and was very helpful with the car buying experience. He had good knowledge of the products and demonstrated a superior level of customer service. I would recommend Wilde Honda to others and look forward to doing doing more business with them in the future. More

Bring your own financing and be ready to wait I would like to start by saying the salesperson we worked with, Leticia, was very nice and took good care of us. We had agreed on a price ahead of tim I would like to start by saying the salesperson we worked with, Leticia, was very nice and took good care of us. We had agreed on a price ahead of time and she honored it. The car was ready when we arrived. We arrived around 7PM and were able to meet with Leticia immediately. She sat us down, we started talking about numbers and signed some preliminary forms including the financing application. At this point, I was pleased because things seemed to be progressing quickly. Then we sat for a while. We watched Leticia begin to help another customer while we sat there. Finally, she sends the other customer out on a test drive and comes back to us. We get to go look at the car and have some time to check it out. Since we had already been on test drives, we figured we were almost done. This is where things go downhill. We go back to Leticia's desk and sit for a while again. Then I was asked if I would have a cosigner on my loan. I said I don't think I need one. Then someone comes back and says nevermind, it's okay. Then we sit for a while again. At this point we have been at the dealer for over an hour. We watch Leticia work with the customer that had gone on a test drive for another half an hour. Then we get to talk to Steve, the finance guy. Steve goes on to try to talk us into all the protections and warranties, as he is supposed to. He also talks about how since I am his last customer he can help be out and he can get me the best deal, all while not actually talking about prices. The only one I was interested in was the maintenance package. He keeps saying derogatory things such as "This only adds $10 a month to your payment, surely you can do that" and "You really can't afford another $10 per month" and other very presumptuous comments. I was just trying to do the math and make an informed decision and he just kept running his mouth about how I should have piece of mind and get this or that. He also tried talking me into a much longer loan term than I actually wanted, even though Leticia and I had already agreed on a term. Finally I agree to take the maintenance package and be done, a move I am regretting. I should have just taken the car and added the maintenance package later using Honda's no interest financing option. After all of that it was well past 9PM by the time we left. That is over 2 hours to buy a car when we had already negotiated price and the car was ready for us. If I could do it all again, I would have showed up with my own financing so I could just hand over a check and be done with it. I may consider buying a car from East Towne again, but I will never use their financing department again because we were treated like xxxx and talked down to the entire time. More

We arrived at the dealership mid-morning and Craig was quick to meet us and introduce himself. We told him what we were looking for and he quickly got all three vans ready for us to test drive with our family. There was no pressure or a forced ride along, so we were quickly able to narrow the choice to the van we wanted. Craig helped us get the initial paper work all squared away and got the show to work on a couple of quick maintenance items for us. Steve walked us through the rest of the paperwork and showed us all the options available including financing. He did a nice job without any pressure to pick something that we did not want or need. Buy afternoon we had our Honda Odyssey all set and ready for the ride home. I liked the dealership, and I liked how Craig and Steve handled our situation and family during the process. I would definitely recommend this dealership and will look again at them the next time we purchase a vehicle. More

He is consistently polite, knowledgeable, and listens to my needs. For any of my future car buying needs, I will be working with Veli! This was the first time working with Steve, and was very happy with his service and quick turnaround on all of the necessary paperwork, etc. I have also utilized their service department in the past and was very pleased with the level of service I received, including sending a tech out on the road with me so I could point out specific noises and/or behavior. Unheard of in working with other dealerships, but fantastic! Thanks, Wilde, for coming to Madison!! More

Wilde Car Experience I told Jon Devet what I was looking for and he showed me a few cars. I test drove them and made my choice. After thinking about it over the weekend I told Jon Devet what I was looking for and he showed me a few cars. I test drove them and made my choice. After thinking about it over the weekend I came back in and made an offer. Shawn Stittleburg then got involved and explained prices and made a counter-offer and we agreed on a price. After I got the car home I noticed some scratches on the car and Shawn took care of that also. I would certainly go back and highly recommend Wilde East Towne Honda! More

I was actually in awe from the second I stepped into the Wilde dealership. Not only is the dealership itself clean and inviting, all of the employees are extremely friendly and work as a team. I had initi Wilde dealership. Not only is the dealership itself clean and inviting, all of the employees are extremely friendly and work as a team. I had initially chatted with someone online about a certified pre-owned Pilot I was interested in. She sent my information to salesperson Jerry Ortega who contacted me right away to set up a time to come in. He was great from the beginning. He understood what we wanted and helped us get it. When Jerry was busy with other customers, his peers or managers did not hesitate to assist. No one ever made us feel like a burden and I honestly felt like I was the only person there buying a car, even though, there were dozens of other customers throughout the dealership. My wife and I are beyond satisfied with the outcome and Wilde has earned lifetime customers. More
