I want to learn about the product and the math has to make sense to purchase a new vehicle. I had a list of cars that I wanted to compare- Lexus, Audi and Acura. I was trading in a 2017 Mercedes and had driven Mercedes for a number of years, all different models. I was pleasantly surprised with the Acura RDX, A-spec and Steve Steele, the salesman that greeted me. Steve knows his product. He asked questions and informed me of the specifications about the car. He did not pressure me to sit for hours and discuss the car after my test drive. After my visit I went, as planned, to the other dealerships. Needless to say, they did not get my business. I worked with Steve to secure a deal mostly via text, because I was working too. He was respectful of my schedule. I spent minimal time at the dealership because Steve and JJ, the Sales Manager, were prepared with all of the paperwork. Steve walked me through the ins and outs of the car before I drove it off the lot. He has called, text and followed-up via email after the sale. First time in a long time, that I actually enjoyed the experience. I highly recommend Bradshaw Acura, Steve Steele and JJ. Alicia B. More

I felt working with Steve that he listened to what I wanted in the vehicle and was responsive to my negotiations to get a fair price. Steve took the time to not only show me the features of my new vehicle but also to let me practice using the controls. Steve is a top notch sales person and I definitely would refer friends to him and this dealership. I also had the pleasure of working with Mike Burgess in the finance department and that process too exceeded my expectations. And now for the car, have I told you yet how much I love it? Mixed feelings My wife and I went to look at the car late evening, dealership did not have the color in stock , they showed alternate color and we liked the color. P My wife and I went to look at the car late evening, dealership did not have the color in stock , they showed alternate color and we liked the color. Price offered was good if we made purchase same day. We ended up making purchase on the day without test driving the car. One of reason for us purchasing new car was to have safety features like Collision Mitigation , lane departure warning and Blind spot warning systems. I later found RDX base model does not come with Blind spot warning (BSW) systems. This has been only negative so far. Steve Steele and Michael Burgess were friendly and courteous. I would have definitely purchase different model if i knew base model does not come with BSW More
