What a change I have been servicing my Maxima and previous my Altima at Kelly form years. Sales has always been great, at the end I was able to get close the the d I have been servicing my Maxima and previous my Altima at Kelly form years. Sales has always been great, at the end I was able to get close the the deal I wanted. However Service was another story, wait times over 3 hrs, No follow up, car returned with grease on the seats. Employees standing around while I waited to be helped. etc. I would of serviced my car elsewhere but I work right down the street. The last year has been such a change, I drive in and my car has seat cover and floor mat put in (no more grease). The Advisors are very helpful and I am out within 45 minutes with my car washed!!! I have visited in the past year 3 times and each time was better than the last, and today I received an email from the Service Manager thanking me for my business and ask that I take the survey so he can see what he must improve on to make it a better experience for his customers. Thank you Mr. Kelly for the changes you made!!! More

Fantastic dealership – Sales all the way through to Service After a fair amount of research and test driving several makes and models, I decided on a Nissan. There were two local Nissan Dealerships I visited – After a fair amount of research and test driving several makes and models, I decided on a Nissan. There were two local Nissan Dealerships I visited – Kelly Auto felt to be the best fit for me. Dan Holloran, my rep, was knowledgeable and easygoing. With his help, I was able to think through the different options and settled on a configuration that was right for me. Unfortunately, a number of mechanical issues arose immediately after taking possession of the car, which were not apparent on the test drive. The Service and Sales Departments were excellent in their handling of the situation from both mechanical and personal interaction perspectives. The loaner car made the repair process seamless. Dylan Gallagher, the Service Advisor constantly checking in to provide updates on repair work and Dan checking in with me to follow through to the end. I was really impressed by the genuine interest of Kelly Nissan (including GM Steve Vitale and Service Manager Steve Sheldon) to rectify the situation and the extent they went to achieve that. The friendliness throughout the dealership makes it Easy. With the repairs addressed I’m now able to enjoy A fantastic experience! Years to come in this car - and I’m comfortable knowing this team will be there to help me maintain it. More

Amazing service, Truly exceptional staff I feel the staff in both sales and service truly cares for their customers and are not the usual "car guys". A sale without pressure.. imagine that? I highly recommend Mike if you are looking to purchase a Nissan. Kelly of Woburn is a relaxed atmosphere, no pressure, you don't feel like your being I highly recommend Mike if you are looking to purchase a Nissan. Kelly of Woburn is a relaxed atmosphere, no pressure, you don't feel like your being harassed, and from the sale to the finance it was a great experience. I went to the dealer during a snow event, mike still pulled out a few vehicles I wanted to drive, and he didn't pull the top of the line model, which I hate when they do that.. he pulled the vehicles models in my budget to ensure I would enjoy my driving experience. Took me on a few road trips, I told him to give me a few days as I was really confused on which vehicle I wanted. I thought for sure a sales pitch was coming, nothing. Ok sounds great I want you to make the best decision for you. Few days past and one phone call came, and it was just to let me know he located the color of the vehicle I wanted in one of the models in case I went that route. I went in after work, did the paperwork and 2 days later I'm driving my vehicle. Trade in was too easy. Overall a great experience. The manager Steve made it an amazing experience. He was outside shoveling and plowing, came in and introduced himself, spoke for a while and gave his opinions on the models which I took into heavy consideration. Without knowing it, he converted a Honda for life guy into a Nissan guy.. More
