They processed it through detailing as a certified used vehicle so I could take delivery the next day, as I regularly work out of state. Everyone was very professional. When a small issue arose, Tim made arrangements through the dealership for the issue to be resolved. Ron Jackson was particularly helpful in all phases of the process from start to finish ! We had previously leased a Camry from another dealer; however, because of the experience we received from the team at Wallingford Toyota, we leased our New Camry XLE from them and not are previous Toyota Dealer. The primary reason was that we felt that we were getting the truth about our Lease, in an understandable way, from people we felt very comfortable with. He wasn't just trying to make a sale; he genuinely wanted to hear my thoughts and opinions and made sure I left the dealership satisfied. He went above and beyond to accommodate everything we asked for. When it came to the paperwork, Paul helped us and was very thorough. He explained everything we were reading and signing, going through it step by step. Once we were ready to go, the owner even greeted me and made sure I was all set to drive off in my new car.
