Totally quick and professional. I had my 2014 E model Mercedes serviced so they were not able to provide a loaner for me because of the age of my vehicle. Totally understandable. Had a flat. Called to verify that they had my tires in stock, which they did. They arranged the tow and I was in and out in about 1 hr with two new tires. Ser Called to verify that they had my tires in stock, which they did. They arranged the tow and I was in and out in about 1 hr with two new tires. Service here is always excellent. I have never had them try to sell me any service my car did not need, unlike another MB dealer who said I needed about $3000 worth of repairs (I didn’t do them). Last visit I had MB of the Woodlands verify what the other dealer said needed replaced and everything checked out as fine. I won’t go anywhere else after that fiasco. More
