Steven was friendly and not pushy. I just brought my car in for a wash and he said why not do your maintenance also. Since my husband had followed me over I said yes. Special thanks to Cameron Love who probably knows more about BMWs than anyone I've ever talked. Cameron was nice enough to help me learn all the info about my car even though I could not buy from him. Karen who calls and makes my appointments is very friendly and always schedules me for my convenience. Steven was my service advisor today when I took the car in for oil service. He was there from the minute I drove up to walking me to my car when I picked up. All in all I've had great service from this dealership. The employees seem to enjoy their work and are always helpful. More
